Public Storage - No Richland Hills - 5623 Rufe Snow Drive

I'm happy with mostly everything about this storage. Only drawback is they don't have any carts. So I have to buy my own.

The map of unit location needs to be updated and we were told there were dollies or carts at every entry, but there wasn't anything to help with heavy loads. Overall though, great place, pricing, and cleanliness.

I was able to get what I wanted easily by chatting with a person on the phone....NO MACHINE!!! The facility was very clean and the in-person help was able to take care of things at the last minute for me ON A SUNDAY/HOLIDAY weekend. I appreciate the availability of the people running this storage facility.

Nicole the manager is amazing, she helped me with the whole process. I had issues with a previous facility and she made the transition very smooth and dealt with the manager at the other facility. The whole place is very clean and secure.

The reservation process was easy. Finding my unit was a nightmare. No one in the office, a map to my unit was not available, I called the 800 # several times only to be transferred to a voicemail. The information I received stated Building A1400. Building A had units up to 1100. Finally, an employee walked up and told us the unit was in building B. Very much a waste of my time.

Property Location- 29156. Nicole was absolutely AWESOME! Very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I give Nicole a 10 star rating instead of a 5 star!!!!! My experience was excellent! Thank you Nicole!

The carts need to be unlocked when open

There are a lot of hidden costs when you sign up. There is no such thing as $1 for the first month. I do not like that rent is due the 1st of the month and I had to pay prorated amount. I don't see myself renting from Public Storage after my month is up.

Everybody was so friendly and helpful and we checked out several different markers and till we found the perfect one it was an awesome experience better than some of the experiences we have had back in Washington

Enjoy the location and ease which I can use the facility. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. The only small recommendation I would have would be to have a few more carts available!

Love the building just dont like the location of the key pads or I was told I had to use a a disk lock when I have seen other locks used and the hrs need to be extended. Other then those little things its a good

Navigating your web site was easy and it saved me some money. Your employees where very informative and knowledgeable in considering different locations that might better serve me. I did lock myself out of my unit as I let time get away from me. Posting the hours of gate and elevator operation could be helpful. The facility is clean and I feel very safe to keep my belongings there. Doing a great job, thank you

There are several locations near me and I had to get a third unit, obviously I stayed because the employees are friendly and they always remember who you are!

Jason and Tina both were wonderful help the day I went to get my second storage unit. After going through a rough time in my life they were there with wonderful advice and superb customer service. If I ever need another storage there is no doubt in my mind I will be taking my business right back to them.

The Piblic Storage personnel are professional & courteous. The storage units are clean, safe & secure. And the climate control environment is s must-have in the Texas weather conditions! Thanks for your customer concern. Rock On!!!

I got it a week ago a dont now

Need more staff at this location. Have been stuck outside office several times waiting on someone to return. I would understand if it were a mom and pop shop but its not.

Just moved back to Texas from Ohio & needed a place to store a few things until my apartment was ready. The guy at the desk was very nice & made sure I was comfortable with my unit. Definitely made me a public storage fan.

I appreciate the friendliness of your place. And I especially appreciate the use of your dollys to transport my stuff to my upstairs (up-elevator, thankfully) storage room. I was once forgotten and almost locked in. There was a lot of activity for the 2 ladies there, but I was able to contact them by phone and they came and got me! I have had lots of good experiences there. Thank you!

Everything was excellent but I feel the $1 move in misleading. I figure a month as thirty days, but if you rent say on the 25th, you only get five days. The only way you get thirty days is if you rent on the 1st of the month. Any time after that and you will owe a prorated payment. When you need storage you need it now, which can be any day of the month.

They helped make the end of a very difficult move, very easy!

The first thing you notice about this storage facility is how very clean it is maintained. The customer Service was excellent. The contract guidelines were explained very well and we got a great monthly Rate. The storage units are very secure and the access hours are very accommodating.

My husband and I had a very good experience with Public Storage. We had to have our floors refinished and needed a place to put our furniture for a couple of weeks. We were able to rent a unit for $1.00 plus a processing fee. The property was clean and the manager was very professional and courteous.
