I've had a great customer experience so far. I am giving a 4 because the gate closes very quickly, and it closed on my UHaul when it was half-way in, scratching up the UHaul. Thankfully I wasn't charged for that, but it took us a while to get the gate back open, and we had to force it open.

Being in the Military, Public Storage has and is my go to; but this particular time, using the online reservation was too easy and then arriving on location with a friendly greeting by Lillian the on-sight manager was comforting. I've had units at two different locations and the customer service there is top notch. They didn't try to push me into something I don't need, and both times actually talked me out of spending more money than neccesary because I didn't need to! I will always use Public Storage!
